How can I find out if I can access GTHS service?

3. How can I open
an account?
You
can open a GTHS service account in two ways:
- by calling
1 800 520-4562
- through one
of our agents
After
opening your GTHS service account, you must see the agent
nearest you to pick up your GTHS kit and sign your contract.
Make sure you note your user code (login)
since you will need it to obtain your modem.
4.
Does the cost of GTHS service include telephone line rental?
No,
the use of GTHS service requires your already having a telephone
line supplied by TELUS Québec.
5.
If I have a GlobeTrotter service account, can I keep my email account
and user code (login)?
Sure.
You can keep all your services; you need only visit an authorized
agent, change your plan and pick up your GTHS kit.
6. What should I
know before opening a GTHS service account?
We
ask you to read carefully the service agreement.
